Recruitment Manager


Handling and Developing Team: Handling a team of Leads and recruiters, minimum of 10 team members. Based on priorities, assigning work to team members according to their experience and capabilities.
Responsible to mentor them, teach them about quality sourcing through different technics, teach them how to prioritise, handle pressure and keep them motivated.
Responsible to develop them for their next role, set achievable targets and milestones


Client Handling: Talking to clients on daily basis, gathering requirements, giving commitments and adhere to commitments. Sharing data, resumes etc.
Regular follow-ups on day to day interviews, scheduling, maintain the tracker, keeping track of offered candidates, make sure they join client company.


Delivery: Responsible for on time delivery, maintaining the quantity and qualities of the resumes. Meet committed numbers for deliveries


Meeting Business Targets: Have a discussion with the management to take accountability of the business targets, accepts and agreed on it and responsible for complete teams’ business targets. Give reports to management quarterly, half yearly and annually.


Business Development: Helping managements to get new business accounts, maintain the existing accounts, help in identifying new SPOCs to get new work and business verticals


Hiring: Help in hiring new team members in the team, experience and fresher’s


Sourcing: Responsible of sourcing senior(executives) and difficult positions (Niche and Super niche)


Attitude: Good interpersonal skills, should have a good communication skill, capable of presenting the plans, new ideas and believe in innovations.
Take empathetic approach to handle team and while handling stressful situation.
Take accountability and responsibility of success and failures(if any).
Should be good in English (verbal and written)

Responsible to mentor them, teach them about quality sourcing through different technics, teach them how to prioritise, handle pressure and keep them motivated.
Responsible to develop them for their next role, set achievable targets and milestones

Sr. Recruiter/Recruiter


Sourcing: Responsible of sourcing quality resumes from mid to senior level of positions. Source 7-8 resumes (easy positions), 4-5 resumes (difficult positions)
Targets/Ownerships: Have a discussion with the Manager/Lead to take accountability of the self-business targets, accepts and agreed on it. Give report to reporting manger/lead on daily basis. Understand work from Leads/Managers and source quality resumes accordingly
MIS: Maintain daily MIS

Attitude: Good interpersonal skills, should have a good communication skill. Able to work in pressure. Should be a good team player
